PRODUCT WARRANTY

Knight controls and pump systems are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for a period of ONE YEAR. All Electronic Control Boards have a TWO YEAR warranty. Warranty applies only to the replacement or repair of such parts when returned to the factory with a KRA number, freight prepaid and found to be defective upon factory inspection. Rubber and synthetic rubber parts such as "O" rings, diaphragms, squeeze tubing and gaskets are considered expendable and are not covered under warranty. Warranty does not cover liability resulting from performance of this equipment nor the labor to replace this equipment. Product abuse or misuse voids warranty.

DISHMACHINE WARRANTY (Purchased BEFORE March 30, 2019)

All Knight Dishmachines are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for a period of THREE years. Warranty applies only to the replacement or repair of such parts when returned to the factory with a KRA number, freight prepaid and found to be defective upon factory authorized inspection. Warranty replacement for components parts purchased by Knight such as relays, motors and timers are limited to warranty by manufacturer. Rubber and synthetic rubber parts such as �O� rings, diaphragms, squeeze tubing and gaskets or bearings, seals or parts and components not easily identified by date code are considered expendable and are not covered under warranty. Warranty does not cover liability resulting from performance of this equipment nor the labor to replace this equipment. Product abuse or misuse voids warranty. Knight electronic boards are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for a period of TWO years. 

DISHMACHINE WARRANTY (Purchased AFTER March 30, 2019)

Effective April 5, 2019, Seller�s warranty shall be modified to read as follows:

The Seller�s products are warranted against defects in material or workmanship for a period of one (1) year from date of shipment. Seller�s obligations, as set forth below, shall apply only to failure(s) to meet the foregoing obligations provided that Seller is given written notice within thirty (30) days of any occurrence from which a claim of defect arises. If a warranty dispute occurs, the Purchaser shall be required to provide Seller with proof of date of sale. The minimum requirement to establish date of sale shall be a copy of the Seller�s invoice. In the event that a factory inspection by Seller or its designee(s) supports the validity of a claim at the discretion of Seller, a refund shall be the sole remedy for defect. In no event shall Seller be liable for any special, consequential, incidental, indirect or exemplary damages arising out of warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, including but not limited to, loss of profit of revenue, loss of use of the product or any associated products and/or equipment, cost of substitute goods or services, downtime costs or claims of or by Purchaser�s clients or customers. In any event the total liability of Seller for any and all claims arising out of or resulting from the performance, non-performance or use of the product shall not exceed the purchase price of the individual product giving rise to the claim. All other guaranties, warranties, conditions and representations, either express or implied, whether arising under any statute, common law, commercial usage or otherwise are excluded. Electronic products require installation, start-up and servicing by local factory-trained service representatives. In the absence of installation, start-up and servicing of electronic products by Seller trained service representatives, this warranty is null and void. Seller�s obligations as set forth above shall not apply to any product, or any component or part thereof, which is not properly installed, used, maintained or repaired, or which is modified other than pursuant to Seller�s instructions or approval. NOTE: The above warranty applies only to products manufactured by, Knight, LLC, Irvine, California and Juarez, Mexico. Private label, OEM, and/or products manufactured by, Knight, LLC�s licensee(s) are specifically excluded from the above warranty. Consult factory for all non-Knight, LLC manufacturer�s warranties. NO IMPLIED OR STATUTORY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE SHALL APPLY.  

Knight products are not for use in potentially explosive environments. Any use of our equipment in such an environment is at the risk of the user, Knight does not accept any liability in such circumstances.

Knight Producten zijn niet geschikt voor toepassing in explosie-gevaarlijke ruimten.
Elk gebruik van onze apparatuur in een dergelijke omgeving is geheel de verantwoordelijkheid
van- en het risico voor de gebruiker. Knight accepteert in een dergelijk geval geen enkele aansprakelijkheid.
 
Die Produkte von Knight sind für den Gebrauch in feuergefährdeter Umgebung nicht geeignet.
Jeglicher Gebrauch unserer Gerätschaften in einer solchen Umgebung erfolgt auf eigene Gefahr.
Knight übernimmt unter solchen Umständen keine Haftung.

Los productos Knight no se pueden utilizar en ambientes potencialmente explosivos. En caso de utilizarlos en este tipo de ambiente, correría serio peligro el usuario. Knight no acepta ningún tipo de responsabilidad en dichas circunstancias.
